1. Lets us know your details and that of your system to expedite any questions that you may have should you contact us for support
2. Give you documentation that is specific to your system. We keep all documentation online for periodic updates and in phone responsive format. It also has button to save a pdf format for offline storage or printing.
3. Allow us to send you very occasional reminders of routine maintenance activities. The best way to keep your Rainman working smoothly is performing simple maintenance tasks. We promise not to spam you and will always allow you to opt out of email contact.
